Key Responsibilities

Allocation Management

+ Manage vehicle allocation, including preferencing and ordering.

+ Learn and understand model numbers, colors, and equipment packages.

+ Leverage AI tools to optimize allocation decisions and predict demand trends.

Inventory Analysis

+ Monitor inventory trends and order limitations.

+ Gain proficiency in the Ford WBDO system and order processes.

+ Use AI-driven analytics to identify patterns, forecast inventory needs, and improve ordering accuracy.

Communication

+ Participate in wholesale meetings with manufacturer representatives.

+ Collaborate with the management team, Loaner Administrator, and DT drivers.

+ Utilize AI-powered reporting tools to streamline communication and provide actionable insights.

Dealer Trades

+ Coordinate dealer trades, ensuring:

+ Timely pick-up and drop-off.

+ No damage during transport.

+ Financial equality and alignment with dealership needs.

+ Manage driver schedules, routes, gas cards, dealer plates, and related logistics.

+ Apply AI-based route optimization for efficient scheduling and cost savings.

Physical Inventory Audits

+ Conduct regular audits to ensure:

+ Proper key management.

+ Accurate lot location tracking.

+ Vehicle condition (cleanliness, tire pressure, battery health, etc.).

+ Implement AI-assisted audit tools for faster and more accurate inventory checks.

Loaner Program Management

+ Oversee loaner vehicle inventory and key management.

+ Enforce program guidelines for mileage and time limits.

+ Evaluate loaner vehicles against inventory needs.

+ Work with the Loaner Administrator on aging vehicles, maintenance, and overall condition.

+ Use AI to monitor loaner utilization, predict maintenance needs, and optimize fleet performance.
