Always Compassionate Home Care is hiring a Physical Therapist Supervisor. This position is responsible for providing oversight, supervision, and field support to Physical Therapists across the assigned regions. This position plays a critical role in maintaining the highest standards of patient care, regulatory compliance, and quality within the home and community therapy setting. This position requires regular field travel within a 50mi radius (or 60 minute commute) from assigned cases. All mileage for in-between visits, tolls, etc. will be reimbursed.

Qualifications/Education Required:

+ At least 1 year experience with pediatric patients

+ Therapist license and registration

+ BLS from American Heart Association

+ Physical and QuantiFERON within one year

+ MMR Titers within 5 years

+ Malpractice Insurance

+ NPI #

+ Worker's Comp certification

Responsibilities:

+ Assist patients in redeeming their skills for independent living

+ Implement Specific treatments for the quick advancement of the patient's condition

+ Developing a personalized care plan appropriate for the patient's condition

+ Must be able to lift 50lbs

+ Must be able to stand/work for extended periods

+ Additional responsibilities as required

Salary:$70 per hour
