You will be instrumental in the day-to-day operations, ensuring operational precision and strong campaign performance. Success requires close collaboration with cross-functional teams, including Creative, Merchandising, Ecommerce, and Analytics, to ensure brand accuracy and seamless execution.

Build, test, and deploy email campaigns and automated flows using the company's ESP (e.g., Klaviyo, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, or similar).
Develop segmented lists and dynamic content to support targeted campaigns, promotions, and product launches.
Coordinate with creative teams to ensure all imagery, copy, and layouts meet brand standards and support merchandising priorities.
Conduct A/B tests (subject lines, CTAs, layout, send times) to continually optimize performance.
Lifecycle & Automation
Assist in maintaining and enhancing automated workflows such as welcome series, post-purchase, win-back, loyalty/VIP, and replenishment communications.
Monitor trigger logic, frequency caps, and audience segmentation to ensure a cohesive subscriber experience.
Partner with CRM team on retention strategies aligned with customer behavior and product lifecycle.
Quality Assurance
Perform thorough QA on all email campaigns (links, rendering, deliverability, mobile optimization).
Ensure compliance with CAN-SPAM, GDPR/CPRA, and internal data-privacy guidelines.
Analytics & Reporting
Track KPIs including open rate, CTR, conversion, revenue per send, unsubscribe rate, and deliverability metrics.
Provide post-send performance reports and insights to drive continuous improvement.
Identify trends, performance gaps, and opportunities to refine segmentation and personalization.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Partner with Merchandising and Ecommerce to support promotional calendars, new product drops, and seasonal campaigns (e.g., tactical gear launches, training apparel, outdoor collections).
Support integrated omnichannel campaigns that connect retail, ecommerce, and loyalty initiatives.
Assist with SMS campaigns as needed.
Qualifications:
Proven hands-on experience with a major Email Service Provider (ESP) like Klaviyo or Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
Strong understanding of email best practices, deliverability, and testing methodologies.
Highly detail-oriented with a commitment to operational precision and data accuracy.
Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
