Partnering closely with an ACD (Design/Art Direction) and working alongside the Creative Director, you will connect overarching marketing strategy with best-in-class execution, particularly for high-visibility grocery, everyday needs, and service-focused initiatives (like delivery and membership).

    Concept, create, and execute fully integrated 360 campaigns across all owned and paid channels.

     

    Work cross-functionally with marketing, operations, integrated strategy, and external agency teams to ensure cohesion across every touchpoint.

     

    Build trust and strong partnerships within a large, matrixed organization.

     

    Develop high-impact creative leadership and marketing pitch decks to align stakeholders and set teams up for success.

     

    Mentor and guide mid- and junior-level creatives, supporting their craft and growth.

     

    Demonstrate self-direction, strong critical thinking, and the ability to streamline processes to help the team work smarter and faster.

     

    Keep projects on-brief, on-brand, and moving forward by anticipating challenges and managing feedback effectively.

     

    Trend Awareness & Creative Insight

     

    Stay current on culture, consumer behavior, industry trends, and emerging technologies to inform creative decisions and maintain a competitive creative edge.

     

    Quality & Craft

     

    Uphold a high bar for creative excellence from concept through final execution.

     

    Attend and oversee production shoots as needed.

     

    Write copy for campaigns, assets, and cross-channel storytelling when required.

     

    Project Ownership

     

    Lead teams and manage high-priority projects from kickoff through delivery, ensuring alignment with strategy, timelines, and quality standards.

    Qualifications:

    Bachelor's degree in creative writing, advertising, communications, or related field.

     

    Exceptional portfolio featuring big campaign ideas across full funnel TV/Video, social, digital, experiential & print-conceptual and innovative thinking.

     

    Proficiency in industry-standard creative tools and software including the Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft Office, Google Slides, Slack and Figma.

     

    Clearly articulates vision and provides contextual feedback.

     

    Organized with diligent follow-through on every task.

     

    Excellent written, communication and presentation skills.

     

    10+ years of professional agency-side copywriting experience, including 2+ years in a leadership or management role.

     

    A standout portfolio showcasing big campaign thinking across full-funnel channels-TV/video, social, digital, experiential, and print.

     

    Strong leadership, communication, and collaboration skills, with the ability to inspire teams and guide both internal and external partners.

    Reports to: Creative Director, Campaigns.
