    The Global Customer Success (GCS) organization, an organization within CE&S, is leading the effort to enable customer success on the Microsoft Cloud by harnessing leading, AI-powered capabilities and human expertise to deliver innovation solutions that accelerate business value, drive operational excellence and nurture long term loyalty.

     

    We are seeking a highly motivated individual to join the Global Customer Success (GCS) Cross-Solution Area (XSA) Execution Excellence team, where they will lead the execution of the multiple Consumption initiatives designed to accelerate Commercial Cloud Growth.

    Responsibilities

    Defining strategy and approach for new initiatives:

    + Lead the identification, design, and strategic direction of new programs and projects that drive business transformation and accelerate commercial cloud growth. Ensure initiatives are grounded in customer needs and aligned with business priorities.

    Program and project management:

    + Provide end-to-end program and project management for these initiatives, overseeing planning, execution, and delivery. Establish clear objectives, timelines, and success metrics, and ensure initiatives are executed with discipline and measurable impact.

    Cross-business partnership:

    + Collaborate across the commercial business—including field, HQ, and segment stakeholders—to drive change, solve complex business problems, and integrate digital strategies into scalable solutions. Foster a culture of partnership, clarity, and accountability in a highly matrixed environment.

    Driving change and problem-solving:

    + Inspire action and innovation through a bias for execution, championing digital tooling, automation, and self-serve capabilities. Lead efforts to overcome barriers, advocate for resource prioritization, and continuously improve processes to deliver business outcomes.

    Qualifications

    Required/minimum qualifications:

    + Bachelor's Degree in Business, Operations, Finance, or related field AND 6+ years experience in program management, process management, or process improvement OR equivalent experience.

    Additional or preferred qualifications

    + Master's Degree in Business, Operations, Finance, or related field AND 8+ years experience in program management, process management, or process improvement OR Bachelor's Degree in Business, Operations, Finance, or related field AND 12+ years experience in program management, process management, or process improvement OR equivalent experience.

    + Ability to orchestrate, lead, and influence virtual teams. Presentation skills with a high degree of comfort with both large and small audiences at different levels of organizations required.

    + Understanding of Commercial business processes (sales, support, consulting).

     

    Business Program Management IC5 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $116,900 - $203,600 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $148,400 - $222,600 per year.
