    Join our team at Bettendorf Community School District! We are seeking adetail-oriented and professional Secretary Bto provide essential administrative support. This position plays a key role in welcoming students, families, and staff while ensuring smooth day-to-day office operations.

    Position: Secretary B (10-Month Position- 200 Day LOA) Start Date:January 2026

    Rate of Pay:$19.03/hour

     

    Hours:5.75 hours/day

    Required Qualifications:

    + High School Diploma or equivalent

    Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

    + Previous experience providing secretarial support in an educational setting

    + Ability to greet and interact with staff, students, and the public courteously in person and by phone

    + Ability to work well under pressure, set priorities, and handle confidential matters with professionalism

    + Proficiency in typing, word processing, and operating office equipment

    + Ability to work independently in the absence of direct supervision
