    Special Education Teacher – $60/hr – Ramona Area, CA

    Position Overview:

    We are seeking experienced Special Education Teachers to provide quality services to students in grades K–12. This role involves delivering specialized instruction, tutorial assistance, and collaborating with general education staff to support student success.

    Assignment Details:

    + Location: Ramona Area, CA

    + Start Date: January 5, 2026

    + End Date: End of 2025–2026 School Year

    + Schedule: Monday–Friday, School Hours

    + Hours: ~35 hours/week

    + Duration: 20 weeks

    + Pay Rate: $60/hour (Local) | Travel: $2,700/week

    + Modality: In-person

    + Openings: 3 total

    + Shift Times:

    + 7:15 AM – 2:15 PM

    + 8:00 AM – 3:30 PM

    + 8:00 AM – 3:30 PM

    Responsibilities:

    + Provide specialized instruction and support for students with mild/moderate disabilities

    + Collaborate with general education teachers and multidisciplinary teams

    + Develop and implement individualized education programs (IEPs)

    + Maintain compliance with state and district guidelines

    + Document services accurately and timely

    Requirements:

    + Valid California teaching certificate with Mild/Moderate Special Education endorsement

    + Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university (preferred)

    + Minimum 1 year of teaching experience (preferred)

    + Current CPR certification (if applicable)

    + TB questionnaire, PPD or chest X-ray (if applicable)

    + Current health certificate (per contract or state regulation)

    + Must meet all federal, state, and local requirements

    + Must be at least 18 years of age
