    Join Our Team as a Behavior Technician!

     

    Are you passionate about making a difference in the lives of children and adults with special needs? As a Behavior Technician, you’ll play a key role in providing educational and behavioral support that helps individuals reach their full potential. You’ll work closely with school professionals and behavioral specialists to create positive learning experiences and achieve meaningful goals.

     

    Schedule: Full time or Part time (M-F)

     

    Pay: $21-25/hr (DOE)

    What You’ll Do:

    + Support children and adults with special needs in achieving educational and behavioral objectives

    + Collaborate with teachers, therapists, and other specialists to create a supportive environment

    + Make a real impact every day by helping individuals grow and succeed

    What We’re Looking For:

    + High school diploma or equivalent

    + Two (2) years of pediatric experience preferred (but not required—we’ll train the right person!)

    + Current CPR certification (if applicable)

    + TB questionnaire, PPD, or chest X-ray (if applicable)

    + Must meet all federal, state, and local requirements

    + Must be at least 18 years old
