    Speech-Language Pathologist (School-Based)

     

    Schedule: M–F, up to 33.75 hrs/week

    Highlights:

    + Impactful Role: Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, voice, and communication disorders for elementary and middle school students.

    + Collaborative Environment: Work closely with teachers, families, and therapy teams to support IEP goals.

    + Caseload: School-based, in-person only.

    Responsibilities:

    + Conduct evaluations and provide therapy services per individualized plans.

    + Document therapy sessions and maintain accurate notes in Relay (weekly updates required).

    + Partner with educators and parents to enhance student success.

    Requirements:

    + Active Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) license in Maryland.

    + CCC-SLP preferred (may be required by contract).

    + Minimum 1 year of school-based experience.

    + Compliance with all credentialing requirements (fingerprinting, MSDE, health screenings).
