    Job Description

    We are seeking a detail-oriented and efficient Pick/Pack Operator to join our team in Walnut Ridge, United States. As a Pick/Pack Operator, you will play a crucial role in our warehouse operations, ensuring accurate and timely order fulfillment for our customers.

     

    + Retrieve items from inventory based on order specifications

    + Pack orders accurately and efficiently, following company guidelines

    + Operate material handling equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts

    + Maintain a clean and organized work area

    + Perform quality checks to ensure order accuracy

    + Update inventory records in the warehouse management system

    + Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals

    + Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures

    + Assist in cycle counts and inventory management tasks as needed

    Qualifications

    + High school diploma or equivalent required

    + Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics environment preferred

    + Proficiency in warehouse management systems

    + Ability to operate material handling equipment, including pallet jacks and forklifts

    + Forklift certification preferred

    + Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

    + Physical stamina and ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly

    + Basic computer skills for data entry and inventory management

    + Excellent communication and teamwork abilities

    + Flexibility to work various shifts as required

    + Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy

    The U.S. base hourly rate range for this full-time position is $16.30 to $18.96. Within the range, individual pay is determined based on several factors, including, but not limited to, work experience and job knowledge, complexity of the role, job location, etc.
