    Buckeye Terrace is seeking a Director of Human Resources.

     

    Buckeye Terrace is located in Westerville, OH off of State St. Buckeye Terrace is a long term, skilled nursing facility. We are looking for a motivated HR Director, wanting to boost staff morale and work to create a fun environment for staff.

    Job Duties and Responsibilities:

    + Reviewing payroll bi-weekly and updating personnel policies

    + Coordinating interviews for new staff

    + On-boarding new hires and organize orientations

    + Develop and maintain relationships with employees, residents, visitors, vendors, and the corporate office.

    + Work hard to manage a fun working environment for staff

    + Create monthly and weekly events for staff

    + Work hard at staff recruitment and retention

    Requirements:

    + Two years of experience as an HR Director in Healthcare

    + Software proficiency such as Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook

    + Ability to communicate effectively with residents, families, staff, vendors and the general public Must have knowledge of billing and collection practices/techniques

    + Superior organization skills and attention to detail.

    + Proven ability to multi-task.
