+ Experience using Raisers Edge, Banner/ BOSS , SharePoint, and Teams Planner.
+ Proven ability to solve problems, meet deadlines, and manage multiple complex tasks simultaneously.
+ Ability to work independently while maintaining clear communication with leadership.
+ Bachelor’s degree or comparable job experience.
Job Description
The University Advancement Donor Engagement Coordinator provides essential support to donor stewardship, recognition, and compliance functions within the Donor Relations and Donor Engagement teams. This position assists with donor reporting, maintains compliance requirements, and supports enhanced donor recognition and engagement activities that strengthen meaningful relationships between Texas State University and its donors. Reporting to the Executive Director of Donor Engagement, this role contributes significantly to the success of University Advancement’s stewardship and engagement activities.
Job Duties
Fund Stewardship
+ Support execution and data management of annual Endowment Reports.
+ Provide data and reporting support for quarterly and annual fund activity and distribution reports.
+ Provide administrative support for Memorandums of Understanding.
+ Assist with back end support and data enhancements for the Gift Compliance and Utilization Portal.
+ Respond to campus inquiries related to endowed and non-endowed funding requirements.
+ Contribute to documentation and updates of stewardship and gift compliance policies and procedures.
+ Monitor shared team inbox and ensure timely and accurate routing of inquiries to appropriate staff.
Donor Recognition and Engagement
+ Manage data collection, fulfillment, and execution of the loyal donor recognition and engagement program, ensuring efficient tracking of deliverables.
+ Coordinate data collection, fulfillment, and execution of giving society recognition and engagement program deliverables.
+ Support the development and implementation of new donor recognition programs that align with giving levels and engagement priorities.
+ Track engagement metrics, recognition delivery, and donor satisfaction to measure effectiveness and recommend improvements.
+ Maintain donor stewardship matrices for affinity groups, ensuring accuracy and consistent delivery of touchpoints.
Data Management and Reporting
+ Maintain accurate donor and fund information in Raiser’s Edge for endowed and non-endowed funds.
+ Utilize Banner, BOSS , and additional reporting tools to optimize fund activity reporting.
+ Maintain detailed fulfillment records for donor recognition benefits within University Advancement CRM systems.
Additional Information to Applicants
+ Position holder must leverage approved generative AI tools to draft, edit, and summarize routine communications, while exercising professional judgment and adhering to university privacy and data security policies.
+ This position may involve optional participation in evening or weekend events that support departmental outreach and campus engagement; staff are invited, but not required, to take part in these activities in coordination with their supervisor.
