What You'll Do

We’re seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Shipping Clerk to support our Shipping/Receiving Office and warehouse operations at the Byesville plant. Reporting directly to the Warehouse Supervisor, you’ll play a key role in ensuring products move efficiently and safely through our facility while maintaining accurate records and effective communication.

Responsibilities include

+ Operate tow motors, forklifts, pallet movers, and scan guns to handle inventory and shipments.

+ Manage blind receiving, load and unload trucks, and process paperwork using SAP.

+ Maintain a clean and organized office, warehouse, and archive room.

+ Coordinate scheduling for inbound and outbound shipments, communicating with truck drivers and partners via email.

+ Audit and file shipment documentation, including applying seals to outbound trailers and ensuring product security.

+ Troubleshoot SAP issues and separate inbound pallets for proper inventory alignment.

+ Print and apply labels for raw materials and finished products.

+ Support shuttle paperwork management and collaborate with customer service and vendors as needed.

+ Adhere to all Kerry safety standards and policies, reporting any food safety or quality issues promptly.

Work Schedule Monday to Friday, 200 PM – 1100 PM, with a one-hour lunch break.

What You'll Need to Succeed

+ + High school diploma or equivalent; must be at least 18 years old

+ Experience in food or chemical manufacturing preferred (1 year)

+ Prior operation and certification with electric pallet jacks and lift trucks preferred (6 months)

+ Strong organizational skills and ability to plan ahead for efficient workflow.

+ Proficiency with computers; SAP experience is a plus.

+ Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

+ Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams and external partners.
