We are seeking an experienced **Customer Experience Associate** to join the Revelyst Golf & Technology platform team.
Foresight Sports is a global leader in golf performance, simulation, and game-enhancement technology. Our solutions empower players, coaches, and facilities with industry-leading data accuracy and immersive experiences. We are seeking a professional, customer-focused representative to join our Sales team and help deliver exceptional service to every caller.

Position Overview
The Customer Experience & Sales Support Representative serves as the first point of contact for incoming phone calls to Foresight Sports. This role is responsible for providing excellent customer service, accurately assessing customer needs, and efficiently routing calls to the appropriate regional sales representative or department. The ideal candidate is organized, personable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
You will of the opportunity to:
+ Answer and manage high volumes of inbound customer and prospect phone calls in a professional and courteous manner.
+ Listen actively to understand caller needs and determine the appropriate sales region, representative, or department for routing.
+ Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Foresight Sports’ sales regions, product offerings, and internal processes to ensure accurate call direction.
+ Provide basic product and service information when needed to support the customer experience.
+ Document call details and interactions in the company CRM system.
+ Assist with general sales support tasks such as scheduling follow-up calls, directing email inquiries, and updating customer information.
+ Collaborate closely with Sales, Customer Service, and Operations teams to ensure smooth communication and customer satisfaction.
+ Uphold Foresight Sports’ brand standards by delivering a positive, professional, and solution-oriented experience for every caller.
You have:
+ 1–2 years of customer service, receptionist, sales support, or call-center experience (preferred).
+ Strong verbal communication and active listening skills.
+ Excellent interpersonal and customer-service abilities.
+ Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
+ Proficiency with phone systems, Salesforce tools, and basic computer applications (e.g., Microsoft Office, Slack, email platforms).
+ Detail-oriented with strong organizational and documentation skills.
+ Team-player mentality with a willingness to learn and support various sales functions.
Pay Range:
Starting Hourly Rate: $22.00
The actual annual salary offered to a candidate will be based on variables including experience, geographic location, education, and skills/achievements, and will be mutually agreed upon at the time of offer.
