Grain Elevator Superintendent Pay Range: $21 - $23 / hour About the Role: We are seeking a Grain Elevator Superintendent to oversee the day-to-day activities at the bean side of our Milmine facility. This hands-on role is critical to ensuring efficient, safe, and high-quality grain handling operations. Key Responsibilities: * Oversee grain receiving, shipping, handling, conditioning, and grading * Ensure accurate inventory tracking and grain quality control * Prepare for and manage rail loading operations * Operate and help maintain grain elevator equipment * Perform preventative maintenance and minor equipment repairs * Uphold and enforce safety and housekeeping standards Requirements: * Previous experience in grain elevator or agricultural facility operations preferred, but not required * Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills * Comfortable working at heights (4ft - 25ft) and climbing ladders daily * Ability to direct others and communicate effectively * Commitment to safety, efficiency, and teamwork * Must be able to work with or without reasonable accommodation What We Offer: * Competitive compensation * Opportunities for advancement and skill development * Supportive, team-oriented work environment * The chance to make an impact in a vital agricultural industry In addition to competitive pay, the company offers a comprehensive benefits package designed to support the well-being of our employees.
