The Engineering Support role is a driving force behind the accuracy and impact of our engineering data. This position owns the collection, organization, and entry of critical information into company systems—ensuring every record is precise, reliable, and ready to drive action. By maintaining flawless data integrity and quickly spotting gaps, this role empowers the engineering team to make smarter, faster decisions. With sharp attention to detail, a strong sense of urgency, and a focus on continuous improvement, the Engineering Support role keeps projects on track, strengthens team alignment, and ensures essential information is always ahead of the need.

What Success Looks Like

+ Enter critical data with precision across multiple software platforms, ensuring accuracy that drives team decisions.

+ Proactively coordinate and schedule meetings to keep engineering projects on track.

+ Support procurement and purchase order activities, enabling smooth operations for the Engineering team.

+ Maintain and verify database records, guaranteeing reliable and up-to-date information.

+ Contribute to process improvement initiatives that enhance efficiency and workflow.

+ Organize, document, and manage essential files and records for easy access and compliance.

+ Collaborate independently and as part of a team to meet deadlines and achieve project goals.

+ Partner with employees to gather, validate, and input vital information into systems.

Qualifications That Shine

+ High school diploma or GED, with 1–3 years of relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.

+ Strong interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate effectively.

+ Comfortable multi-tasking in a fast-paced, changing environment.

+ Accurate and efficient data entry skills.

+ Proficient in Microsoft Office and other computer-based tools; quick to learn new software or engineering programs.

+ Keen attention to detail and commitment to quality.

+ Capable of managing procurement tasks with suppliers, including requests and tracking responses.

+ Experience in administrative or support roles within engineering or practical, hands-on environments.
