    Role Responsibilities:

    + Analyzing data to support decision-making or project development

    + Delivering presentations or updates on assigned work

    + Shadowing professionals to understand workflows and industry practices

    + Conducting market or competitor research for strategic insights

    + Supporting cross-functional teams on ongoing projects

    Role Purpose:

    + Enhance operational efficiency by collaborating with cross-functional teams on projects that reduce waste, improve safety, and boost productivity.

    + Gain exposure to manufacturing systems such as ERP, MES, and quality control tools, preparing you for future roles in operations or engineering.

    + Optimize production workflows by assisting in process mapping, time studies, and lean initiatives.

    Basic Qualifications:

    + Must be currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree or Master’s Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Engineering or Manufacturing.

    + Must have an overall GPA of 3.0 or higher

    + Must be eligible to work in the US without sponsorship

    Preferred Qualifications:

    + Basic proficiency in relevant tools or software, such as Microsoft Office, Power BI, or industry-specific platforms.

    + Time management and organizational abilities to handle multiple tasks

    + Strong communication skills both written and verbal.

    + Teamwork and collaboration skills especially in cross-functional environments
