    Job Description

    Hybrid 3 days/week (Tues, Wed, Thurs) in Charlotte, NC / Hartford, CT

     

    Work as a consulting liaison between IT and business teams to collect business requirements for data analysis for solution planning

     

    Create document mapping, requirement planning, and transformation logic needed to transform data for warehousing and reporting needs

     

    Support data analysis and reviews to support research needed for issues/defects in dashboarding

     

    Performs individual data analysis, data discovery, and data profiling using SQL to support business requirements development

    Skills and Requirements

     

    6+ years of experience in business requirements or data analysis experience supporting warehousing/reporting/analytic projects in a commercial/personal insurance industry

     

    Strong SQL querying skills and experience for analytical capabilities

     

    Hands-on Snowflake environment experience

     

    Agile team experience and background

     

    Proven ability to organize and manage multiple priorities in a timeline driven development ETL/ELT tooling experience

     

    Property & casualty insurance industry background
