Job Description

We are looking for a Power BI Developer with a strong analytical mindset and a tenacious approach to uncovering and transforming data into actionable insights. This role goes beyond dashboard creation—it requires someone who can facilitate requirements gathering, map data attributes to business value, and navigate undocumented systems with persistence and curiosity. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working with executives, building intuitive analytics cards, and documenting metadata for long-term value.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead requirements gathering sessions with stakeholders to understand business needs and data sources.

• Analyze source system schemas and map data attributes to business functionality.

• Identify and resolve gaps in data availability, including data ingestion and modeling from new or missing sources.

• Design and develop Power BI dashboards and analytics cards with a strong focus on user experience (UX) and executive-level presentation.

Skills and Requirements

Required Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in Power BI development, including DAX, Power Query, and data modeling.

• Strong understanding of data architecture, ETL processes, and source system analysis.

• Proven ability to facilitate meetings, gather requirements, and translate business needs into technical solutions.
