    Job Description

    Insight Global is hiring an interim HR Generalist to oversee the US and Canada business units for one of our customers in Suwanee, GA. This person will heavily support onboarding initiatives, with processing 150+ employees in the new year. Accuracy of pay and Payroll expertise in this HR role is also a critical focus. We are seeking someone who is saavy with HRIS (ASP, Oracle, WFM) for reporting, etc. and research driven. Union knowlege is preferred.

    ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Partner with other HR team members to identify priorities and develop an established site HR strategy aligned with the site needs.

    • Implement local programs to drive improvements in employee engagement, development, and retention.

    • Manage employment life cycle processes from hire to retire from the company.

    • Champion the new hire orientation program.

    • Maintain HR records, Oracle, and ADP, by entering and maintaining all employee data.

    • Identify innovative strategies to optimize HR processes.

    • Assess compliance needs for the site including required statutory/regulatory reporting requirements.

    • Provide administrative support to the Human Resources Department in all areas of human resources administration, recruiting, benefits administration, orientation, compliance and other HR related tasks and projects as assigned.

    • Assist with maintaining and enhancing employee relations.

    Skills and Requirements

     

    1-3 years in a HR Generalist role

     

    Extensive experience onboarding a high volume of employees

     

    Savvy with HRIS (ADP, Oracle) and reporting functions

     

    Payroll knowlege: Experience in payroll processing and issue resolution Union understanding: Knowledge of union requirements, reporting, and compensation
