• Patient Driver - Part Time |

    Maxim Healthcare (Boulder, CO)


    Maxim Healthcare Services is in need of a Patient Driver to transport a homecare patient to and from his dialysis appointments 3 days/week Monday, Wednesday, and Friday. Patient lives in Boulder, CO.

    Responsibilities

    + Drive the patient and his homecare RN/LPN to/from dialysis appointments

    + Assist the homecare RN/LPN with loading/unloading patient from the van.

    + Meet at patient's home to load him into the van and drive him to the appointment.

    + You can either stay with the patient during the appointment, or drive the van back to his house and return for it later to pick him up.

    + Return to the hospital with the van to drive patient home.

     

    Hours

     

    + Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays - time TBD

    Qualifications

    + Valid driver's license for the state of Colorado.

    + Good driving record & history.

    + Current CPR certification, based on state requirements.

    + Copy of updated TB results/ Chest x-ray. (we can set this up and pay for it, if needed)
