Job summary :

Develops, implements, and is held accountable for operational plans, goals and budgets for the department. Responsible for employment decisions, and performance management as well as departmental staffing.

Minimum Qualifications:

Valid RI RN license, BS degree, 5 years of staff nursing experience, BLS required and must meet knowledge/skill inventory list. Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills are required.

Salary Range : $93,579.20–$117,894.40
