The creation of the HHC System Support Office recognizes the work of a large and growing group of employees whose responsibilities are continually evolving so that we and our departments now work on behalf of the system as a whole, rather than a single member organization. With the creation of our new umbrella organization we now have our own identity with a unique payroll, benefits, performance management system, service recognition programs and other common practices across the system. Job Duties: • Liquidity & Cash Management:Conduct daily cash positioning and short-term liquidity management acrossthe organization. • Monitor and optimize working capital to support business operations and growth. • Treasury Operations Execution: Support development and maintenance of a 13-week rolling and long-term cash forecasting models, ensuring accuracy and timely updates. • Monitor and review bank fee structure and merchant card program. • Technology & Systems Integration: Support optimization efforts with Kyriba. • Automate treasury workflows and reporting to improve operational efficiency. • Collaborate with IT and finance teams to enhance system integration and data integrity. • Strategic Support & Leadership: Provide analytical support and insights to senior treasury leadership for decision-making. • Contribute to strategic initiatives, M&A support, and special projects as needed Candidate Qualifications: • B.S. Degree in Accounting/Finance/Business Administration • At least 3 years of experience in treasury operations • Experience with forecasting and treasury technology • Experience in the healthcare industry preferred • Experience with Kyriba and PeopleSoft preferred • Advanced Excel skills • Certified Treasury Professional desired but not required _We take great care of careers_.
