    Pay Rate:

    _The pay rate for this job is $13.25 - $13.25 / hour*_

    What you'll be doing as a Ticket Taker:

    + Greet guests as they arrive at the venue

    + Verify and scan tickets using electronic or manual methods

    + Handle any ticket-related issues or discrepancies in a professional manner

    + Ensure a smooth and orderly flow of guests entering the venue

    + Provide exceptional customer service and address guest inquiries

    + Maintain clear verbal and written communication in English to ensure effective coordination with team members and supervisors

    Available shifts:

    Shift timings - All Available

    Job requirements:

    + Ability to be flexible to work in other areas of the festival

    + Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

    + Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

    + Ability to stand for extended periods

    + Dress code strictly enforced, Branch will provide details and requirements
