    Responsibilities:

    + Design and implement scalable network solutions, new layouts, and upgrades.

    + Install, configure, and maintain network hardware (routers, switches, firewalls) and software.

    + Enhance network security with firewall rules, access controls, and robust security protocols.

    + Quickly resolve network issues to ensure seamless operations.

    + Monitor network health, analyze traffic patterns, and use metrics and alerts for continuous improvement.

    + Create and maintain comprehensive network documentation, policies, and procedures.

    Qualifications:

    _Required:_

    + An active NSA TS/SCI with Polygraph.

    + Bachelor’s degree in network engineering, computer science, computer engineering, or information technologies from an accredited college or university. Alternatively, 4 years of additional network engineering experience may substitute for a bachelor’s degree.

    + 12 years’ experience in programs and contracts of similar scope, type, and complexity.

    + Minimum of 3 years of recent Network Engineer experience.

    + Proficiency with Linux; Linux system administration experience is a plus.

    + CCNA or CCNP certification.

    + Security+ certification.

    _Desired:_

    + Experience with Juniper and Cisco routers, switches, and firewalls.

    + Knowledge of Palo Alto firewalls, Dell and HPE Linux servers.

    + Experience with patching and upgrading Linux servers and networking resources.

    + Familiarity with Ansible, Nutanix, Rubrik, Nomad containers, SALT scripts, LibreNMS, and NetBox.

    The proposed salary range for this position is:

    $120,800 - $265,800
