Responsibilities

+ Conduct pre-migration meetings and interviews with staff of to understand acquired companies’ accounting policies and processes.

+ Analyze and resolve differences between accounting practices through GAP analysis and documentation.

+ Prepare timelines, assist with playbook development, training schedules, and other pre-migration documents.

+ Assist with ensuring accuracy throughout the automated process. When required, assist with manual data entry.

+ Work closely with the Integrations Resource Team to complete tasks across departments.

+ Design and present financial management training for administrative, accounting, billing, and management staff.

+ Proactively document innovative ideas to enhance integration processes for the Accounting Group.

Qualifications

+ 5–7 years of General Ledger experience.

+ Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field.

+ Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (formulas, pivot tables, data analysis tools).

+ Strong communication skills with the ability to engage all organizational levels.

+ Demonstrated the ability to be empathetic during change management.

+ Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities and tasks.

+ Effective problem-solving skills and ability to perform under pressure.

+ Willingness to travel as needed.

+ Experience with ERP migrations or system implementations preferred.

+ CPA or equivalent certification is preferred.

+ Previous Internal Audit experience preferred.

+ Exposure to M&A processes preferred.

+ Willingness to travel as needed.
