Join our small but mighty dietary team as a full-time cook at our 12 bed nursing facility. We are looking for a dependable and experienced cook, preferably with experience working in healthcare. The hours are morning and late afternoon with every other weekend required. We offer competitive pay and weekend shift differentials. Our facility is a homelike environment in the outskirts of Lewiston.

DUTIES:

+ Cook meals following therapeutic menus.

+ Food prep.

+ Must have knowledge of sanitation/safe food handling practices.

+ Maintaining a clean work environment.

+ Flexibility with schedule and ability to work every other weekend.

QUALIFICATIONS:

High School Diploma or GED required. Must have cooking experience, two years preferred. Cooking experience in long term care preferred.
