• Groundsperson - Part Time/Seasonal

    Part-time Groundsperson, 20 hours per week, Monday-Friday (hours can be flexible, unless required for snow removal)

     

    Seasonal Position October2025 thru March 2026 (5 months)

     

    Maintains public and common areas of property in a clean, neat and attractive condition by performing the following duties.

    Primary responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

    + Weeding, Cleanup of branches and leaves

    + Shoveling/Salting in the winter months. Extended working hours should be anticipated to meet seasonal issues.

    + Small amount of furniture and appliance moving as necessary

    + Clean areas around Dumpsters and in Basements

    + Pulling/removing old carpets and sweeping after

    + Understand MSDS sheets and safe work practices

    + Comply with OSHA, EPA, and DEC requirements

    + Other duties as assigned

    Qualifications Required:

    + Must have prior general grounds experience and basic mechanical aptitude.

    + Must be reliable, dedicated, and trustworthy.

    + Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

    + A Valid driver's license and dependable transportation is required.
