    Ocean Bay, a subsidiary of Three Saints Bay, LLC, and a Federal Government Contractor industry leader, is seeking a Program Manager in Tampa FL.

    Position Requirements:

    + U.S. Citizenship

    + Bachelor’s degree minimum. Master’s degree preferred.

    + Resent (5 years or less) relevant experience working with FASTC - Foreign Affairs Security Training Center (FASTC)

    + Must have at least 10 years of professional experience.

    + Must have at least 3 years of experience supporting government programs/contracts.

    + At least one-year prior experience as a DPM or as a management analyst supporting a government program/contract.

    + Demonstrated experience coordinating HR and/or recruiting needs.

    + Ability to conduct all the responsibilities listed above and demonstrated communication and coordination skills.

    + Demonstrated experience in planning, evaluating, analyzing, and implementing government contract requirements.

    + Demonstrated excellent organizational and coordination skills.

    + Excellent Microsoft Word, Excel, and SharePoint skills.

    + Ability to function effectively in complex situations with multiple stakeholders.

    + SECRET clearance and ability to potentially obtain TOP SECRET (TS) security clearance.

    Security Requirements:

    + Background check

    + Top Secret Clearance

    + Applicants selected will be subject to a Government background investigation and must meet eligibility and suitability requirements.

    + Must be a US Citizen with the ability to obtain a US Government security clearance.

    + Successful Pass of Bennett Aerospace Background Investigation, Drug Screening and Credit Check
