+ Responsible for supporting Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) regulatory requirements to conduct ongoing analysis and reporting of flight attendant Advanced Qualification Program (AQP) training data to internal and external stakeholders as well as regular and timely updates to flight attendant training curricula in support of American Airline’s Advanced Qualification Program (AQP) requirements.
+ The role is a part of the Inflight Program Development team within our Inflight group.
What you'll do

Management will modify the job or require other tasks be performed whenever it is deemed appropriate to do so, observing, of course, any legal obligations including any collective bargaining obligations._
+ Maintains AQP flight attendant proficiency data within enterprise business intelligence applications and platforms
+ Analyzes AQP performance/proficiency data to support development of training objectives, monthly reports, and development of AQP Extended Review Team Report
+ Produces regular analysis and reports on instructor submitted AQP data to support instructor/evaluator standardization
+ Develops and delivers presentations regarding data trends for Inflight Training management and regulatory agencies
+ Produces ad-hoc studies in support of requests from stakeholders
+ Develop and maintain Inflight Training manuals, documents, and forms, including but not limited to the Advanced Qualification Program Volumes, Inflight Training Administration Manual, Instructor Manual, Remediation guide and various data collection forms, including learner surveys
+ Audit training programs, material, and facilitation for compliance with FAA, DOD, TSA, IATA and other regulatory agency requirements
All you'll need for success
Minimum Qualifications- Education & Prior Job Experience
+ Bachelor’s Degree in related field or equivalent experience/training
+ 3+ years of experience with MS Office and document publishing, including document creation, distribution, and management or relevant experience
Preferred Qualifications- Education & Prior Job Experience
+ 2 years of technical aviation experience in FAR Part 121 flight attendant training operations
+ Experience with AQP standards and program development
+ Working knowledge of FAA, OSHA and other governmental regulations pertaining to training
+ Experience with Manuel authoring software and MINT training management system.

+ Demonstrated ability to effectively prioritize, organize, and multi-task in a dynamic work environment
+ Proven interpersonal and communication skills
+ Ability to build interpersonal relationships and foster an environment of working together
