    Machine Operator - Direct Hire

     

    Our client, Metals Engineering, Inc., a leader in heat treatment services with over 50 years of experience serving the **Green Bay area,** is seeking a dedicated **Machine Operator** to join their team. As a Machine Operator, you will be an essential part of the manufacturing process, supporting the company's commitment to quality and safety. The ideal candidate will demonstrate attention to detail, teamwork, and a strong work ethic, aligning successfully with the organization’s values and goals.

     

    **Job Title:** Machine Operator

     

    Pay Range:$21.00 - $22.00 per Hour

     

    **Shift:** 2nd shift, 3:00 – 11:30 (Monday-Friday)

     

    What's the Job?

     

    + Set up and operate machines to ensure optimal performance and safety

    + Perform process inspections to verify parts meet customer specifications

    + Meet production schedules efficiently and accurately

    + Operate forklift to handle materials safely and effectively

    + Promote and adhere to safety regulations and procedures at all times

     

    What's Needed?

     

    + Ability to demonstrate a logical, detailed, and disciplined approach to equipment operation

    + Strong desire to be an excellent team member and support colleagues across shifts and locations

    + Solid work history demonstrating reliability and commitment

    + Ability to lift up to 35 lbs comfortably

    + Willingness to train on 1st shift as needed
