    **Job Title:** Quality Manager

    Direct Hire Opportunity

    **Location:** Mead, CO

    **Schedule:** Monday – Friday, 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM or 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

    **Pay:** $30–$40/hour DOE

    About the Role:

    We are seeking a hands-on **Quality Manager** to oversee and elevate quality operations in a manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate will be passionate about precision, customer satisfaction, and continuous improvement, ensuring that products consistently meet or exceed quality standards.

    Key Responsibilities:

    + Perform first-article, in-process, and final inspections using appropriate measurement techniques.

    + Program and operate Coordinate Measuring Machines (CMM) to validate product quality.

    + Review material and outside processing certifications for conformance.

    + Maintain accurate quality documentation, including AS9102 forms, calibration logs, and nonconformance records.

    + Lead and train quality inspectors and provide guidance to operators and production staff to ensure product quality.

    + Support and manage the Quality Management System (QMS), including corrective actions and continuous improvement initiatives.

    + Troubleshoot quality issues and implement timely solutions while maintaining a safe work environment.

    Qualifications:

    + High school diploma or GED required; bachelor’s degree preferred.

    + 3–5 years of experience in quality, manufacturing, or a technical role.

    + Experience with quality inspection techniques, CMM operation, and quality documentation.

    + Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.

    + Ability to work safely and efficiently in a manufacturing environment.

    + **Preferred:** Experience in a CNC machine shop or aerospace company.
