    Rochester Hills –  2-Person Care Team Needed

     

    We are looking for a 2-member caregiver team for a kind male client with dementia in Rochester Hills. He needs reassurance, redirection, companionship, and support with a few minor ADLs. Dementia experience is preferred. This is a long-term, consistent schedule.

    Available Shifts:

    + Mon, Tue, Wed, Fri, Sat, Sun: 3–7 PM

    + Thu: 9 AM–1 PM

    Caregiver Responsibilities

    + Companionship & emotional support

    + Light housekeeping, laundry, meal prep

    + Dementia/Alzheimer’s care

    + Personal care (bathing, dressing, toileting, hygiene)

    + Safe transfers (gait belt, Hoyer lift – training provided)

    + Transporting clients to errands & appointments

    + Promoting safety, dignity, and comfort

    Requirements

    + Strong communication skills

    + Able to lift 25 lbs. and perform physical tasks

    + At least 18 years of age

    + Valid driver’s license, insurance, and registration

    + Mobile phone for scheduling

    + Reliable and punctual

    + Must pass background check

    + TB test (can be completed after interview)
