You will monitor and patrol assigned areas, conduct routine patrols, and help to deter incidents through your visible presence. What You'll Do:

+ Monitor and coordinate communications for security-related incidents and/or emergencies within the location, following established protocols.

+ Dispatch security personnel to designated areas as needed to address incidents, requests for assistance, and/or routine patrols.

+ Maintain detailed logs and records of all incoming calls, dispatches, and security-related activities.

+ Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, providing support to on-site teams.

+ Communicate with site personnel and/or external agencies as required, relaying pertinent information clearly and promptly.

+ Assist in implementing site-specific policies and procedures related to security-related operations and emergency responses.

+ Provide customer service by addressing inquiries and concerns from employees, visitors, and/or contractors in a professional manner.

+ Support Allied Universal management and site leadership with administrative tasks related to dispatch operations.

Minimum Requirements:

+ An active Department of Defense Secret Clearance is required.

+ Ability to lift up to 20 pounds is preferred.

+ CPR certification is preferred.

+ Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.

+ Access control or badge experience is preferred.

+ Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

+ Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

+ Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
