As a Dispatch Officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol assigned tech and media locations, helping to deter security-related incidents and responding promptly to alarms. What You'll Do:

+ Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities within a technology, media, or telecom location.

+ Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, maintaining professionalism at all times.

+ Monitor and operate communication systems to dispatch security-related personnel and coordinate responses as needed.

+ Maintain accurate logs and records of all activities, incidents, and communications for reporting purposes.

+ Support the security-related team by relaying pertinent information and assisting with coordination during emergency and/or routine situations.

+ Communicate clearly and professionally with internal and external stakeholders to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or access.

+ Follow all site-specific protocols and procedures as outlined by Allied Universal and the client site.

Minimum Requirements:

+ Must have at least 2 years of security-related experience.

+ Must possess an active Department of Defense Secret Clearance.

+ Must be at least 21 years of age.

+ A guard card or license is preferred.

+ Alarm panel experience is preferred.

+ Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

+ Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

+ Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.

+ Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.

+ A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
