As a **Security Officer - CRE Patrol Driver** in **Lynwood, CA** , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Commercial Real Estate, and more. Join Allied Universal as a Patrol Unarmed Officer in a dynamic commercial real estate location, where you will monitor and patrol designated areas, help to deter security-related incidents, and remain highly visible to support a welcoming environment. What You'll Do:

+ Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, following site-specific policies, and, when appropriate, responding to emergency situations.

+ Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, maintaining professionalism at all times.

+ Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the property and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify potential issues.

+ Observe and report any unusual activity, security-related concerns, or maintenance needs within the location.

+ Communicate clearly with property management, Allied Universal team members, and local authorities as required.

+ Document all activities, incidents, and observations according to company and client protocols.

+ Support access control procedures by monitoring entry and exit points and verifying credentials as needed.

+ Assist visitors, tenants, and contractors with directions or information related to the location, providing a positive customer experience.

Minimum Requirements:

+ Must be able to speak, read, and write fluent Spanish.

+ A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.

+ Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

+ Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

+ Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
