Position Summary

The Pricing Intern will support the Strategic Pricing team by contributing to pricing analytics, process governance, and competitive pricing strategies. This internship offers hands-on experience in pricing methodologies, business analysis, and strategic decision-making. Interns will gain a working knowledge of pricing strategies and tactics, learn portfolio segmentation methodologies, and develop an understanding of customer value and market dynamics. The role is designed to build foundational skills for a potential transition into a full-time Pricing Analyst position within 12–18 months.

Essential Responsibilities

+ Provide analytical support to the pricing team.

+ Assist in governance of pricing policies, procedures, and continuous improvement initiatives.

+ Audit distributor sales against SPA (Special Pricing Agreement) terms and commitments.

+ Support development of competitive pricing alignment strategies.

+ Analyze low-margin business and recommend corrective actions to improve profitability.

+ Utilize Point of Sales and win/loss data to update pricing guidelines and support strategic decisions.

+ Participate in implementation of quotation process improvements.

Position Requirements

+ Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in one of the preferred majors.

+ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

+ Familiarity with data analysis tools and Excel.

+ Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.

+ Interest in pricing strategy, market analysis, and business operations.

+ Strong communication and organizational skills.
