    As a **Security Officer - Registration Desk** in **Camp Hill, PA** , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Healthcare, and more. As an unarmed patrol officer with Allied Universal at a healthcare location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas to help to deter security-related incidents and create a welcoming environment for all. You will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence, and deliver outstanding customer service while upholding our values of teamwork, integrity, and innovation.     What You'll Do:

    + Provide customer service to clients, patients, and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities within a healthcare environment.

    + Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, assisting with security-related matters as needed.

    + Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the healthcare facility and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or policy violations. Working environments and conditions may vary by location.

    + Observe and report security-related incidents or suspicious activity to Allied Universal management and/or site leadership.

    + Assist with access control by monitoring entrances and exits, verifying identification, and helping to enforce facility protocols.

    + Support emergency response activities, including assisting with evacuations or other procedures as required by site policies.

    + Maintain detailed and accurate records of daily activities, incidents, and other relevant security-related information.

    Minimum Requirements:

    + Alarm panel experience is preferred.

    + Customer service experience is preferred.

    + Access control or badge experience is preferred.

    + Being comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.

    + Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

    + Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

    + As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
