Adecco is currently hiring for Building Maintenance Technician jobs with a local customer in **Pittsburgh, PA (Industry Dr, 15275).**
Responsibilities:
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and building systems in a regulated manufacturing facility.
• Maintain and operate facility utilities and equipment to meet cGMP and safety compliance standards.
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems using hand tools, blueprints, and specifications.
• Manage and document work orders, preventive maintenance schedules, and non-conformance reports while supporting audits and inspections.
Qualification** **s:
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 2–4 years of general maintenance experience; 2–3 years in a cGMP environment preferred.
• **EPA 608 Technician Certification required.**
• Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to interpret blueprints, SOPs, and equipment manuals.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).

**Pay Details:** $27.00 to $29.00 per hour
