    Medical Assistant – Pediatric Outpatient Clinic

    **Location:** Palo Alto, CA

     

    Schedule:** Monday–Friday, **8:30 AM – 5:00 PM

     

    Pay Range:** **$30 – $35 per hour

     

    About the Role

     

    Adecco Healthcare & Life Sciences is seeking an experienced **Medical Assistant (Front & Back Office)** to support a busy **pediatric outpatient clinic** . This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with children and their families, thrives in a collaborative team environment, and can adapt in a fast-paced clinical setting.

    Key Responsibilities

    + Perform front and back office Medical Assistant duties, including patient check-in/out, rooming, scheduling support, and EHR documentation.

    + Obtain accurate **vital signs** , prepare exam rooms, and assist providers with routine pediatric procedures.

    + Administer **injections** and support additional clinical tasks within MA scope of practice.

    + Provide exceptional **customer service** to pediatric patients, families, and clinical staff.

    + Communicate clearly and professionally with providers, staff, and visitors.

    + Maintain a **proactive** , flexible, and solutions-focused approach in a dynamic pediatric clinic environment.

    + Contribute to a collaborative, team-centered culture.

    Qualifications

    + **Required:**

    + **High School Diploma or GED** .

    + **Medical Assistant Diploma or Certification** from an accredited program.

    + **Valid BLS certification through the American Heart Association (AHA)** .

    + Previous **Medical Assistant experience** (front and back office).

    **Pay Details:** $30.00 to $35.00 per hour
