    Position Overview

    Step into a front-row role at the cutting edge of robotics. As a **Data Collection Specialist** , you’ll guide advanced robotic systems through real warehouse tasks, capturing the high-quality demonstrations that help power next-generation AI. Every day delivers a blend of hands-on action, precision work, and direct collaboration with engineers and researchers who are pushing automation forward.

     

    This is a full-time, on-site role **Monday through Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.** Starting pay is **$23 per hour** .

    What You’ll Do

    • Teleoperate robotic systems to execute warehouse tasks with steady, consistent precision

    • Generate clean, well-organized datasets that fuel AI model training

    • Watch robots like a hawk and log any quirks, failures, or unusual behavior

    • Share thoughtful feedback with engineering and research teams to help sharpen robot performance

    • Keep the workspace safe, tidy, and ready for daily data collection

    What You Bring

    • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree, or strong hands-on experience

    • A sharp eye for detail and confident manual control

    • Ability to stay active and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift

    • Comfort following structured procedures and safety protocols

    • Clear communication and a team-first mindset

    Bonus Skills

    • Experience with robotics, teleoperation, or hardware workflows

    • Familiarity with data labeling or annotation tools

    • Knowledge of lab, warehouse, or industrial safety

    • Basic comfort with technical tools like command line, Linux, or calibration interfaces

    **Pay Details:** $23.00 per hour
