    Manufacturing Operator – Day Shift

    **Location:** North Chicago, IL

    **Shift:** Day Shift (6:00 AM – 2:30 PM)

    **Pay Rate:** $ 20.29/hour

    Position Summary:

    The Manufacturing Operator will set up and operate complex equipment under general supervision, monitor manufacturing processes, and ensure compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP). This role involves troubleshooting, maintaining operating conditions, and supporting process improvements.

    Key Responsibilities:

    + Operate and monitor manufacturing equipment and processes.

    + Ensure compliance with GMP (good manufacturing practices) and safety standards.

    + Troubleshoot issues and recommend process improvements.

    + Communicate operational events and collaborate effectively with team members.

    + Learn and apply technical, regulatory, and safety training.

    Qualifications:

    + High School diploma required.

    + Manufacturing experience in chemical, biological, pharmaceutical, or similar environment.

    + Preferred: GMP experience and familiarity with electronic batch records.

    + Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to work well in a team.

    **Pay Details:** $20.29 per week
