Adecco is seeking a detail-oriented **Mortgage Warehouse Lending Collateral Control Specialist** to support our lending operations. This role is responsible for reviewing mortgage documents, completing accurate data entry, managing collateral files, and ensuring timely shipping and inventory control. The ideal candidate is organized, dependable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced administrative environment.
Responsibilities
+ Review Mortgage Notes and verify accuracy of required collateral documents.
+ Perform shipping tasks, including preparing and sending collateral files.
+ Enter mortgage data into internal systems with a high level of accuracy.
+ Maintain organized inventory and filing systems to support compliance and audits.
Requirements:
+ 1 year of Mortgage Loan Documents experience
**Pay Details:** $20.00 per hour
