**Pay Rate:** $ 22.50/hr
**Contract Length:** 2 Years
**Schedule:** Hybrid — **onsite 3 days/week** (candidate may choose from Monday–Thursday)
My client, a **leading Fortune 100 financial services and technology institution** , is seeking a highly organized and candidate-focused **Recruiting Coordinator** to support a high-volume recruitment team. This role is critical in delivering a smooth, professional, and efficient interview experience for both candidates and internal stakeholders.

Responsibilities
Interview Scheduling & Candidate Support
+ Provide recruiting coordination support following established recruiting processes, standards, and systems.
+ Own **Ad Hoc** and **Power Day** scheduling, acting as the primary scheduling contact for candidates and internal interview teams.
+ Negotiate availability, finalize interview schedules, and guide candidates through the interview logistics (onsite and virtual).
+ Partner closely with recruiters and hiring teams to ensure flawless, timely execution of interviews.
Stakeholder Partnership
+ Build strong relationships with recruiters, interviewers, and executive/admin partners to ensure alignment and seamless coordination.
+ Represent the company as a **top employer** , delivering a polished, candidate-friendly experience at every stage.
Operations & Administrative Support
+ Manage confidential candidate information professionally and accurately.
+ Oversee travel arrangements and communication between candidates, recruiters, and the travel partner.
+ Prepare interview packets, reports, materials, and consensus documentation as needed.
Minimum Qualifications
+ Experience with **Google Suite** (Gmail, Calendar, Sheets, Docs).
+ Minimum **1 year** of customer service experience.
+ Ability to commute to the Richmond office **3 days per week (Mon–Thu options).**

+ Advanced G-Suite skills and willingness to support flexible scheduling needs.
**Pay Details:** $22.50 per hour
