We are seeking a reliable and hardworking **Warehouse Associate** to join our team in **DURHAM, NC** . You’ll play an important role in making sure freight gets where it needs to go by accurately sorting and assembling customer orders.

Responsibilities for the Warehouse Associate include but are not limited to:

+ **Sort and organize heavy boxes** in a fast-paced warehouse environment to create full customer orders.

+ Ensure **accuracy** in picking, assembling, and verifying product codes, quantities, and other order specifications.

+ Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment, following all established **safety protocols** .

+ Operate warehouse equipment, such as **forklifts and pallet jacks** , if necessary, and work collaboratively with team members to meet deadlines.

Candidates must meet the following requirements to be considered:

+ Availability to work the shift of **Monday-Friday, 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM** , with flexibility to work a variety of shifts due to varying freight volumes.

+ Must be able to **lift, push, or pull at least 75 pounds** and have the ability to **load and unload trucks** .

+ The ability to apply **critical thinking** to carry out instructions and a strong attention to detail.

+ Basic **written and verbal communication skills** and basic computer skills.

+ _Preferred:_ Dock or **warehouse experience** in the transportation industry, and experience using handheld scanners.

**Pay Details:** $18.25 per hour
