As the Marketing and Communication Intern , you will play a pivotal role in individuals' lives, making a significant impact through:
+ Assist with drafting, scheduling, and publishing content for social media (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc).
+ Support email newsletter content development and layout.
+ Assist in gathering and writing client stories, volunteer highlights, and staff spotlights.
+ Edit or proofread content for accuracy, tone, and brand consistency.
+ Provide on-site support for special events as needed (e.g., photography, social coverage, check-in assistance).
+ Assist with tracking social media analytics and key performance indicators
+ Assist with organizing digital assets and managing project timelines
Marketing and Communication Intern Salary: $ 18.00/hour
Marketing and Communication Intern Schedule: Monday - Friday (8-10 hours/week)
+ Schedule is flexible
Qualifications:
+ High School Diploma OR GED
+ Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Digital Media, Journalism, Business, or a related field
+ Experience with:
+ Social media platforms (primarily Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn)
+ Basic graphic design or video editing experience
