Part-Time Office Administrator
**Location:** York, SC
**Schedule:** 24–30 hours per week (flexible)
**Pay:** $16–$18 per hour
Potential to convert to full-time
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented **Part-Time Office Administrator** to support daily office operations in a team-oriented environment. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys organization, problem-solving, and contributing to smooth business operations. Responsibilities
+ Perform general administrative tasks including typing, scanning, and filing
+ Enter and update information in Excel spreadsheets and internal databases
+ Support the team with inventory tracking, scheduling, and basic reporting
+ Assist with preparing documents, correspondence, and internal communications
+ Answer phones, greet visitors, and provide front office support as needed
+ Maintain organized records and ensure accurate data management
+ Collaborate with team members to complete daily and weekly office duties
Qualifications
+ Previous administrative or clerical experience preferred
+ Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
+ Strong typing skills and attention to detail
+ Excellent communication and organizational abilities
+ Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
+ Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team

**Pay Details:** $16.00 to $18.00 per hour
