    **Position Name:** Registered Nurse (RN) – Float / Med-Surg / Specialty Units

    **Location:** Various locations in Florida (Gainesville, Tallahassee, Ft. Walton Beach, Ocala, Sanford, Panama City, Palatka, Bradenton)

    **Pay:** $26.40 – $49.06 per hour

    **Shift:** Flexible; may include days, nights, and weekends with rotating schedules

    Job Summary:

    We are seeking dynamic Registered Nurses (RNs) to join our healthcare teams across multiple facilities and units. Available areas include medical-surgical, telemetry, critical care, emergency, and specialty units. You will provide high-quality patient care, support a collaborative team environment, and ensure safety and comfort for all patients.

    Job Duties:

    + Serve as a patient and family advocate, maintaining privacy and confidentiality

    + Conduct nursing assessments and develop individualized care plans

    + Administer medications and treatments according to established protocols

    + Monitor patient status and report changes to the interdisciplinary team

    + Provide education and support to patients and families regarding care and discharge instructions

    + Collaborate with physicians, staff, and other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes

    + Flexibly float to multiple units as needed based on patient census and staffing needs

    Qualifications:

    + Current RN license in Florida or multistate compact license with ability to obtain Florida license if relocating

    + Graduation from an accredited school of Nursing

    + Minimum 1 year of recent acute care experience in Med-Surg, Emergency, ICU, or specialty units

    + Basic Cardiac Life Support (BLS) required; Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) preferred for critical care units

    + Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a nurse-to-patient ratio of 7:1 or less

    + Willingness to work rotating shifts including weekends and nights

    + Background check and fingerprinting required

    Compensation & Benefits:

    + Pay range: $26.40 – $49.06 per hour
