A healthcare organization in Austin, TX is seeking an experienced **EP Lab Manager** to oversee the daily operations of a high-volume, dedicated Electrophysiology program. This is an excellent opportunity for an accomplished nursing leader with strong EP and acute care experience to join a nationally recognized cardiovascular team.
Position Overview
The EP Lab Manager provides operational and clinical leadership across multiple Electrophysiology labs, pre- and post-procedural areas, and an AFIB Center. This role is responsible for managing staff, ensuring high-quality patient care, optimizing workflow, and maintaining regulatory and practice standards.
Key Responsibilities
+ Lead the day-to-day operations of multiple EP labs and related care areas
+ Manage and mentor a team of clinical and support staff, including supervisors and a CNC
+ Conduct performance evaluations and establish professional development goals
+ Communicate departmental updates, educational initiatives, and organizational priorities
+ Ensure compliance with nursing standards, safety protocols, and documentation requirements
+ Oversee patient flow, quality outcomes, and accurate recordkeeping
+ Participate in budgeting, inventory, and resource allocation
+ Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to support a large, research-active EP program
Required Qualifications
+ **Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) – Required**
+ **Acute care experience – Required**
+ Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS)
+ Basic Life Support (BLS)
+ Previous EP or procedural leadership experience preferred

**Pay Details:** $104,000.00 to $130,998.40 per year
