    **Location:** Alexandria, LA

    **Compensation:** Pay: Min $47.10 - Mid $58.88 - Max $70.66 (Based on years of experience)

    Ready to step into a high-impact laboratory leadership role? We’re searching for an experienced, mission-driven Laboratory Director to oversee all operations for laboratory and phlebotomy services at a respected regional medical center in Alexandria, LA.

    What You’ll Do:

    + Provide strategic leadership, direction, and daily oversight for a robust laboratory department, including blood bank, chemistry, hematology, and microbiology

    + Supervise and support a team of approximately 75 FTEs across laboratory and phlebotomy

    + Collaborate closely with executive leadership, reporting directly to the COO

    + Uphold the highest standards of ethical, compliance, and quality practices

    + Help shape the lab’s contribution to the organization’s vision and goals

    What We Expect:

    + Recent acute care lab supervisory experience

    + Bachelor’s degree or higher in Clinical Laboratory Science, Medical Technology, or a related science

    + State of Louisiana Medical Technologist license

    + Registered with the American Society of Clinical Pathologists (ASCP)

    + Strong communication, team building, and leadership skills

    **Pay Details:** $47.10 to $70.66 per hour
